Shandong Chuanghua tire Co Ltd was established in 2013, with a total investment of 3.3 billion yuan, in three phases of construction, It is planned to produce 2.6 million high-performance all-steel radial truck tires, 20 million high-performance semi-steel radial passenger car tires, 100,000 high-performance all-steel project tires and 50,000 high-performance all-steel radial farm tires annually.
Shandong Chuanghua tire Co Ltd introduced advanced production processes and professional technical talents, and production inspection equipment is all purchased from well-known manufacturers at home and abroad, such as: Japan's Kamikaze tightening machine, Japan's IHI pressing machine, US RJS ingot rack, Germany Fisher wire cutting machine, etc., which ensures the excellent quality of products.
The company maintains that quality is the first priority, and product features follow the design concept of high performance, high quality, safety, low carbon, and green environment, optimized pattern and structure design, unique formulation, and adapted to various environments and road conditions. The company insists on selecting professional raw materials, and has reached long-term cooperation intentions with well-known enterprises such as Beckart steel curtain line, Shanshun Chemical, Rhine Chemical, and Cabot Carbon Black. At present, the company has obtained DOT, ECE, CCC, SONCAP SIRIM, GCC and other domestic and foreign certification.
中骏集团位于山东省日照市五莲县，成立于2006年，业务覆盖能源、地产、眼镜、矿产、轮胎制造和贸易等多个领域。集团创华轮胎项目成立于2013年，项目总投资为33亿元，分三期建设，计划年生产260万条高性能全钢丝载重子午线轮胎，2000万条高性能半钢丝轿车子午线轮胎，10万条高性能全钢丝工程以及5万条高性能全钢丝农用子午线轮胎。
集团引进先进生产工艺及专业技术人才，生产检验设备均从国内外知名厂家采购，例如：日本神钢的密炼机，日本IHI的压延机，美国RJS锭子架，德国费舍尔钢丝裁断机等，保证了产品的优良品质。
